Training and Coaching by Christie Hanson

The coaching schedule goes from December to September to maintain
consistency through the main cycling season.  October and November were
the off months to rest up and have fun in other activities.  January was an
"ease back into it" month. February starts to ramp it up. This is also a good
opportunity to hit the gym and lose some pounds if desired so be sure to check
out the strength training and nutrition documents in the old material as well.  
The Off Season Seminar at the Buck Center is included for more helpful
information on winter training.
