training ride for the American Diabetes
Association and the Tour de Cure.  
Meet 9 am depart 9:30 am for +/- 45
miles.  All COBRAS welcome whether
you are riding the Tour or not.

From Alan Boisvert:  I will go over the
Bear Creek course with you on the
following dates.  Please meet me
(
preferably on your bicycle) at the rest
rooms by the swim beach at Big Soda
Lake.  I will be there each time to give
you an opportunity to train for the time
trial and understand the course.
